HURRICANE RACING SOLD / CHAMPAGNE RETIRES FROM KARTING
One of Canadas long time kart businesses and race teams has been sold to Team Hurricane of Hamilton, Ontario.
After some considerable thought and soul searching Andre Champagne, President of Hurricane Racing has decided to sell the majority interests of his company to Bob Cameron, president of Team Hurricane. Team Hurricane will remain as an ongoing brand and remain based at the Hamilton location.

2004 New Castle Motorsports Park Endurance Race
NCMP will be hosting a 3 Hour Endurance race on Saturday, October 16th (dry race only, 17th will be a rain date) featuring TaG USA and Piston Port Karts (all karts must be clutch driven, no shifters) complete with pit stops and driver changes. The race will feature an 80% payback with $2000 guaranteed for the winning team, $1500 for second.
