Order Processing and Shipping

When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we\'ll estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose. You can also use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

Processing Time:
The amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until we place it on a truck for shipment. This is indicated as "usually ships" time on every product description. Processing time may vary, based on the size and availability of your item.

Shipping Time:
Depends on the shipping method you choose. Please see the chart below for estimated shipping times.

Total Delivery Time:
The amount of time it takes from the moment you submit your order until the packages arrive. During the checkout process, we will update you by e-mail with tracking numbers and any other pertinant information regarding your order.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Estimated total delivery time applies to in-stock products only (not pre-orders or backorders). If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Processing Time. We can\'t guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.

Shipping and Processing Costs:
We charge a per-pound price based on the total weight of each shipment. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total weight, minimum of one pound. If you\'re shipping to more than one address, we\'ll charge you the base and per pound rate for each separate shipment. We may add a handling surcharge to a few items because of their large size. You\'ll find surcharge information included in the product description.

Important Information:
We ship all orders to APO/FPO Addresses and U.S. Territories via USPS Standard. While most orders arrive in a timely manner, occasionally shipments may take longer. Unfortunately, we can\'t guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses. You can check your order status online anytime. If you have not received your order during the proposed reception dates, please contact us right away.



Return Policy

KartSuperStore.com values you as a customer. We will do everything in our power to make sure you have an enjoyable experience when purchasing through KartSuperStore.com.

If it is necessary for you to return an item, we ask you to abide by the conditions below. You can return merchandise with a 15% restocking charge if:

- Item is in new condition and suitable for resale in its undamaged original packaging and with all of its original parts.

- Items have not been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired or altered.

Special order items may be returned if the manufacturer will accept the return, but such items will be subject to restocking / handling and transportation charges. contact us or call at 1-800-880-4998 within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise to obtain a returned goods authorization. No return will be accepted without first obtaining a returned merchandise authorization number (RMA#).

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Claims for damaged or missing shipments must be made against the respective carrier. Please save your tracking number for your records.

Handling Surcharge:
Some items require an additional handling surcharge due to their unusual size or weight. That\'s in addition to the normal shipping rates. We\'ll add the surcharge to the total cost of your order automatically. If an item requires a surcharge, you\'ll see a notice on the product description.

Items that require a surcharge ship via Standard Shipping only. We can\'t ship surcharge items to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories, Hawaii or Alaska. Sometimes we\'ll ship your surcharge item as a separate shipment. You won\'t receive it in the same package as the other items in your order going to the same address.

If we ship your surcharge item separately, you only pay the handling surcharge. We won\'t charge the normal per-shipment Standard Base Rate of $3.99.
